What we collect
- Details you send us through the enquiry form, the store order form, WhatsApp or email: your name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Payment details you provide when paying for a service. Card details are handled entirely by our payment providers and never reach our servers.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected through analytics.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To deliver and support work you have commissioned.
- To issue invoices, receipts and records required under Nigerian tax law.
- To improve the website and understand which services people look for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with service providers who make the work possible: payment processors, hosting and email providers, and analytics providers. Where a project requires third party accounts, such as domain registrars or app stores, those accounts are created in your name with your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to two years. Records relating to paid work, including invoices and contracts, are kept for six years to meet statutory record keeping requirements.
Your rights
